Finding and Exploring Your Inner Truth
About
The more we know ourselves the better we can connect with others. But knowing oneself is not as obvious as it may seem. So much of the way we act, the way we think and speak is an outward projection of who we think we are. This idea is shaped by our deep, subconscious forces that we are often unaware of: ancestral forces, familial forces, cultural, social, educational, economic, political, religious forces. Without realising it, we are more often playing a character we have been pressured to play than being our genuine, true, vulnerable selves. Burrowing beneath these unseen forces and connecting with who you really are becomes easier when you know what to pay attention to. At a very deep level, there are signals your very being gives off when you are in or out of alignment. We can help you understand what these are and how to pay attention to them so that you can begin to see who you really are and what you really desire. And from here you can develop the foundation for living in the world authentically and connecting to others in a genuine and powerful way. _________________________ WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: - Somatic processing: how your body assesses and responds to your world - Developing the mindfulness to pay attention and listen to these signals - How to safely explore your inner truth - Safely express this inner truth to others in a way that makes you feel seen heard and felt
